Science under control: MES, DOAJ and Ukrainian professional journals
After publishing our article about DOAJ, we received dozens of complaints and new facts concerning the directory's activities, or more precisely, the ethical boundaries of its Ukrainian division. Processes are currently underway in Ukraine that are causing concern in the scientific community: the Ministry of Education and Science is attempting to incorporate DOAJ into national legislation.
